Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between [Company legal name] (reg. no. [HE-number]), [registered address], Cyprus ("ChefsLab Pro", "we") and the business that creates an account ("you"). ChefsLab Pro is a kitchen-management service for professional food businesses — it is sold to businesses, not consumers.

2. Your account and team

You must provide accurate signup details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your organisation's accounts, including teammates you invite and the roles you give them.
You confirm you are entitled to enter your organisation's data — including staff records — into the service, and that you meet your own obligations to your staff under employment and data-protection law.

3. Trial, subscriptions and billing

New organisations get a free trial with full access. When it ends, the service locks until a subscription starts — your data is not deleted.
Subscriptions are billed per kitchen through Stripe, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown at checkout, excluding VAT where applicable. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires.
If a renewal payment fails we will retry and email you; continued failure suspends access until payment succeeds.

4. Your data

It's yours. Recipes, prices, records — everything you enter belongs to your organisation. We process it only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).
You can export your data at any time, and request deletion when you leave.
We back up the service regularly, but you remain responsible for keeping any records the law requires your business to keep (e.g. food-safety documentation).

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, probe or resell the service; don't upload unlawful content or malware; don't access another organisation's data. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

6. What we promise — and don't

We work to keep the service fast, secure and available, but it is provided "as is" — we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
ChefsLab Pro is a management tool. It does not replace your professional judgement: costing figures depend on the data you enter, HACCP features support — but do not discharge — your food-safety obligations, and payroll figures are gross planning numbers, not statutory payroll advice.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost data beyond our backup obligations, business interruption).

7. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may terminate for material breach of these terms with notice. After closure, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email and in the app at least 14 days in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.
