Do I need to install anything?
No. ChefsLab Pro runs in any modern browser on your phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to download, nothing to update.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
You get full access during the trial with no card required up front — so nothing is charged automatically. When it ends you choose whether to subscribe; until you do, you won't be billed.
Will it really re-cost my recipes when prices change?
Yes — that's the heart of the product. Update a supplier price once and every recipe, menu margin, over-target flag and stock value that depends on it recalculates instantly. Sub-recipes are prorated by yield, so the numbers are actually correct.
Can it handle several restaurants?
Yes. Switch between kitchens from one login, each with its own recipes, staff, allergens, currency and VAT. Groups and hotels use the Multi-site plan for central recipes and cross-site reporting.
Does it calculate payroll taxes?
No — and that's deliberate. We track hours and staff meals and export clean timesheets, but statutory deductions (social insurance, GHS, PAYE) stay with your accountant or payroll provider, where the legal responsibility belongs.
Is my data safe and private?
Your kitchens are isolated from one another and your data is hosted in the EU. It stays yours — you can request a full export, or deletion, at any time.
